Ambrosia how can you love me lyrics

Great song, the pianist became famous in is own right.. Kicks Ass! Who Couldn't???? I Loved Ambrosia back in the day, DP is the shit.

My fav song " your the only woman. This was a killer album, and totally ignored. I got it the week it was released. Loved it. I never understood that; some of the songs on this album like this one were among their best. I am hearing songs that I never heard from Ambrosia!! It was a little, but only got to 86 on the Hot I think most stations thought the song was too rocky for Ambrosia. Awesome songs and some amazing material produced on this record A masterpiece Love this song by Ambrosia, David Pack has one great voice, Love to listen to them sing awesome, Alabama, Xoxo,.

How was this song not a hit? It has early 80's written all over it; sounds like Survivor, Journey and similar bands from the time Great stuff by a great band. Always, always underrated.

Keep the dream alive! OMG, you are right, John!! I get so caught up in David Pack that I missed that!! Thank you!! No definitely Hornsby. This video includes Bruce Hornsby as mentioned here elsewhere by I gotta call out master-of-the-hammond Chris North -the most clean-cut shots of him I've ever seen! The guys look like they are really together on this video - too bad it was their last save for live shows since then He was on a Chet Atkins tribute that can found on You Tube.

I was stunned when I saw David Pack with a lot of other great guitarists. If Chet Atkins had chosen him to be on the tribute, he wouldn't have been there. Joe Pueta is a great bass player. Once again, just MHO. Bruce was in the band for a year. So frickin' tight. As close to absolute perfection as it gets. But hmmmm, not a B What gives? There are so many forgotten who deserve better this one they were from torrance or san pedro not sure my part of California great area. Amazing band. Forever a David Pack lover!

Watch David Pack's left hand perform magic on the neck of his guitar! It's a joy every time to observe, Such skill! Burleigh looks very into this tune, too! But, where did bass player, Joe Puerta, get his clothes for this video? I'm thinking Goodwill. Has Mr. Pack ever thought to do something like a made-for-TV movie about the band from its' formation through now? It would certainly draw interest with the current music buyers; as well as, bring many to concerts.

They would then have the rational for additional concert venues. That doesn't mean I don't like their softer sound in their earlier days, as a matter of fact I like both directions. It will be great if Ambrosia made a comeback no matter what direction they take their music. I agree with everything you said except for how you spelled their album title, which was really "Road Island.

I'm an Ambrosia fan, but never heard this song before. Great tune, and of course, Pack always drives it home! I tried to ask a question on a site supposedly run by "Ambrosia". The "band" ended the previous e-mail with "he's gone!

Funny, all their top sellers and beautiful lyrics and melodies happened when he was part of everything-once he was "gone" so went most of the talent!

Toto influence? I've never heard anyone in Ambrosia list Toto as one of their influences. First Ambrosia-albums are very different from this. This sounds like the band is trying to be on the radio by sounding like other rockbands that get radio-airplay. Such as Toto at the time. I found this by accident a while back. I really like this. God bless all the fans, and the band members.

So you guys that say you know them was this about his first wife, Gail, and when did they divorce. Just curious since some of his songs are about her. I know he is now married to a lovely lady named Stacey with a beautiful son. Hard to find any info for us David Pack fans. Thanks, Kathy.

Don't know why another name pops up here. Maybe cause I originally made my acct on her puter. Does anyone else here own that tobacco sunburst Strat that David Pack is playing? A lot of people think the group's previous album, 's "One Eighty," referred to the group's degree turnaround in musical direction, but it actually alluded to the recording date for the album: January David Pack is a true legend as is Ambrosia-phenomenal band!

Toto influence. Or visa versa. The guys can do superior music what ever type they want. Superb with capital S. Thanks Wounded Birds Records for rescuing master tapes. I freaking love David Packs voice - one of my top 5 favorite singers of all time. Such a great album I don't know if they won a Grammy but is a piece of art. Post meaning. Post meanings U.
